My Pricing Structure I believe in 100% transparent pricing with no hidden costs. Every visit includes travel expenses and your first hour of labor on-site.

Callout Fee & First Hour Labour:

• Local Visits (up to 20 miles): £120
• Regional (21 – 50 miles): £150
• Extended (51 – 80 miles): £180
• Long Distance (81+ miles): Contact for a precise quote. (Mileage is calculated from our base in South Wales. The fees above include your first hour of diagnostic and repair work).

Additional Labour: After the first hour included in the callout, subsequent time is billed at £60 per hour (charged in £30 half-hour increments). Most standard repairs take between 1 to 2.5 hours total.

Parts & Extras: Parts, materials, and specific travel tolls/parking fees (if applicable to your location) are charged separately at cost. I carry common spares, but specialist parts will be quoted before ordering.
